Julie Celebrating with Girlfriends

And That’s a Wrap

September 30, 20242 min read

Good morning gorgeous~

Fall is here, and the 4th quarter of 2024 is upon us! Can you believe it? Summer's warmth and sunshine are fading, and I'm not quite ready to say goodbye. I'll always cherish the memories of this summer. But change is in the air, and I'm excited to embrace the new season's beauty and opportunities.

Before we get into this Week's Dose of Joy, I want to share with you one of my favorite pictures from last week's girlfriend getaway. I may look at this every time I get a little sad to see summer end.

⚡️[JJJ] Julie's Joyful JOLT⚡️

The end of summer makes me a bit sad
I have a few regrets about things I didn’t do
We should have gone to the beach more
We could have taken more time with friends
Maybe we shouldn’t have worked so much
I don’t feel like I’m where I thought I would be
I feel like I may not hit my annual goals
Sometimes, the change of season brings sadness
Sometimes, the change of season feels a bit dark
It also can bring on new beginnings
I have to remember I get to change my thoughts
I have to feel better knowing that I am creating these feelings
I get to decide to have no regrets
I get to make better decisions
I get to change the direction of my day
I like knowing that I am in control
I like knowing that I still have time to hit my goals
I like knowing that it’s never too late
I like knowing that I can do this
I really can
I really can
I really can
YES! I CAN!

If you missed my Facebook Live I did on Fear of Failure last week, you can watch it HERE. Let me know what resonated with you!

Here’s to cheering you on into the 4th quarter!

Joyfully

~Julie
