As we are getting deep into the holiday season, you may be putting your dreams and goals on hold until January!

Please do not do that! This time of year is the best time to reflect on how far you’ve come (even if you are not where you think you should be), and where you would LOVE to be next year at this time.

Carve out some much needed self-care time even if it’s going for a one-hour massage, pedicure or shopping at your favorite boutique all by yourself. (You have my permission to buy a gift just for YOU!🤩).

I am confused about where I am going

I really do not know what I should be doing next

I think I know then I second guess myself

I feel stuck

I’m procrastinating

I’m waiting for confidence to make a move

I am afraid I’ll take the next wrong step

What if I waste more time

What if…. What if….What if…..

OK, I'm open to shifting this story.

I'm open to thinking new thoughts.

I like the idea of feeling more calm.

I'm open to being more calm.

I'm open to being more calm starting now.

It feels good to slow down for one minute.

It feels good to slow down and breathe.
