Happy New Year 2024

Happy 2024! 

WoW! This last year flew by so fast; did it for you, too? 

Please share your most significant successes with me so I can celebrate with you. I promise to respond to each one of you! 

I pick a word or phrase to kick off each year. Earlier this year, I said I was already using Simplify to Amplify and would use it in 2024. I will keep that in mind as I apply the less is more philosophy and focus on what is most important. 

Taking time to reflect these last few weeks has also helped me to be more intentional. I am adding FOCUS (Follow One Course Until Successful) and CONSISTENCY to my mantra as this will create a new habit that I can rinse and repeat ~~ 

I like how it feels to create a Consistent FLOW~   

We are starting the year without a JOLT, but I am sharing some of my favorite affirmations.   

If you are new to my community, I designed the JOLT (Joyfully Overcoming Limited Thinking) to JOLT myself into a more positive mindset. 

Enjoy these affirmations by printing them out and reading them out loud often:

I embrace the present moment as pure awareness, being in infinite stillness. I am fully present, connected to the silence within.  

I release attachment to thoughts and emotions and observe them as they arise and pass away.  

I remain in the present moment as loving awareness.  

I am the consciousness that transcends all experience.  

I embrace the beauty of the present moment as I find peace and harmony right here, right now. 

Everything happening in my life is happening for me, not to me.  

I am grateful for every experience life has presented me, whether initially positive or negative.  

Negative experiences are milestones for me to express my most authentic and highest self.  

Each experience creates an awareness for me to learn more about who I am so that I can be in alignment with my higher self.  

I give thanks for all that I have in life and all that life has to offer. 

My favorite thing to say when I wake up is: “Everything is always working out for me.” and “Something wonderful is happening to me today.”
