I should know what to do next
I’ve been at this for some time now
I’m really stuck in my head at times
I feel like I’m spinning my wheels
There is so much noise and information out there
Who should I listen to
Who has the magic wand for me
Who knows what I should do next
I’m overwhelmed
I feel stuck
I feel defeated at times
I know I have to watch what I’m saying
I also know that I have to be aware of how I feel
You’ve said to “feel good first, then take action”
I have to start putting this into my daily practice
I really need to start being more aware of this
I realize that I’m probably my best enemy
I know I’m the only one who can think in my head
I must ask myself is what I’m thinking and feeling true
Do I want the negative thoughts & feelings to show up?
Of course not!
Course correct!
I will be careful to watch what I am saying
I’ll ask myself, “Is this what I really want?”
I will affirm what I do desire
I will continue to practice in a feel good way
I will work on feeling good and then take action
I feel better already! I am ready to take action!
I am doing this! And it feels so good!
