So thankful for YOU🍂🦃🍂
Reflecting on this last year, I have so much to be grateful for. And I am; AND (not but~see what I did here?) Yet there are times I still have those little voices that tell me, “You should be farther along, you should have saved more money, you should have made different decisions, you should have kept on going, you should have (fill in your own sentence when you should-ed on yourself).
The good news is today is a new day, a new week, a new chance to decide (to cut off) any “shoulds” and move towards what feels good, feels peaceful and brings you JOY.
Let’s take a deep breath together. Breathe in, hold it, breathe out. Possibly today you need to take a few more. Go ahead and read on when you are ready.

Some days I get nervous
Some days I have some regrets
Some days I focus too much on what’s not
Some days I go down that rabbit hole
Thankfully I am now aware
Thankfully I am able to nip it in the bud
Thankfully I am able to not stay there long
I have the tools to choose a different thought
I can change this feeling
I am in charge of my thoughts
I can do something that feels good
I can take a Joy Break and feel good again
I can go outside and take a few cleansing breaths
I can breathe in new feelings and thoughts
I can breathe out any thoughts that don’t serve me
I feel better already
I feel better now
I feel more peaceful
I feel more calmness
I feel more hopeful
I like how I am in control of how I feel
I like how it doesn’t take long to shift the feeling
I like how I feel right now
And I am going to stay in this energy all day
I am going to come back to it all day
I am going to just BE thankful
I am thankful
I am thankful
I am thankful
Ah…that feels much better. I am now ready to take joyful, intentional action. Knowing that I can only control my thoughts and actions, not the outcome.
