The Problem Is Not The Problem
In my experience I've learned that most people want a quick fix for a problem. But the problem is rarely the problem. The real problem is you’re most likely focusing on what you perceive to be a problem rather than being in a curious state of asking good questions.
I know you're thinking, "Ok, thank you, Julie. So what is a good question that will bring me: more money, more clients, a loving relationship (insert what pertains to your current 'problem')?".
You see, the problem is you keep thinking about the problem and talking about the problem; therefore, more problems keep showing up. Soooooo STOP IT! (I know, easier said than done!)
Let’s shift our perspective:
⚡️[JJJ] Julie's Joyful JOLT⚡️
I love ideas coming to me
I love that when I remain calm the answers come to me
I love that when I leave some space in my day I get inspired
I love the idea of allowing more business to flow to me
I love having more joy flow to me
I love allowing more abundance to flow to me
I am now more relaxed
I am now feeling like the solution will come to me
I know when I’m relaxed the solution does come
I know that the answer is available to me
I know that when I’m still and open to receive it will come
I like feeling sure about it
I like knowing it is coming
I like knowing that I’m the one that is allowing it
I am allowing more goodness into my life
I am allowing more abundance in my life
I am relaxed and more goodness comes into my life
Yes I like the calm feeling of knowing
Knowing feels good
Knowing feels safe
Knowing feels relaxed
Yeah! Now doesn’t that feel good?
Did you notice that I never mentioned having a problem? When we take our attention off "the problem," the solution has room to appear. You don't have to "figure it out." You just need to make it welcome and allow it to come to you with ease and flow.
